Our Services
We provide licensed taxi and car service, including local rides, flat-rate airport transfers to and from JFK, LaGuardia (LGA), Newark (EWR), and Westchester County (HPN) airports, corporate travel, and long-distance trips throughout New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
Bookings and Reservations
You may book by phone, text, or through our website. A reservation is confirmed only once we have acknowledged it. You are responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop-off details, contact information, flight information, and the number of passengers. We recommend booking airport and long-distance trips in advance to guarantee availability.
Fares, Quotes, and Charges
- Quoted fares and flat rates are based on the information you provide at the time of booking.
- Unless stated otherwise, fares may not include tolls, airport fees, parking, or gratuity.
- Significant changes to your route, extra stops, additional passengers, or extended wait time may change the final fare.
- Rates are subject to change, but a confirmed flat-rate quote for a specific trip will be honored as quoted.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept the payment methods listed at the time of booking. You are responsible for all charges associated with your trip.
Cancellations and No-Shows
If you need to cancel or change a reservation, please contact us as early as possible. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a fee, particularly for airport and long-distance trips. If your driver has arrived and waited beyond a reasonable grace period without contact, the trip may be treated as a no-show.
Pickups, Wait Time, and Delays
We make every effort to arrive on time and monitor flight schedules for airport pickups. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, flight changes, or other circumstances beyond our control. Extended wait time requested by the passenger may be billed at our standard rate.
Passenger Responsibilities and Conduct
- All passengers must wear seat belts as required by law.
- Child passengers must use an appropriate car seat or booster where required; please request one in advance.
- Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles.
- Passengers are responsible for their own luggage and belongings; please let us know about oversized or excess luggage when booking.
- Abusive, unsafe, or illegal behavior may result in immediate termination of the trip without refund.
- Passengers may be responsible for the cost of cleaning or repairing damage they cause to the vehicle.
Lost Items
Please check the vehicle for your belongings before leaving. We are not responsible for items left behind, but we will make a reasonable effort to help locate and return them if you contact us promptly.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of your use of our services is limited to the amount paid for the trip in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including missed flights, appointments, or connections resulting from delays beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for failure or delay in providing service due to events beyond our control, including severe weather, accidents, road closures, strikes, government action, or other emergencies.
Website Use
The content on our website is provided for general information. While we work to keep fares, service areas, and details accurate, information may change without notice. You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to disrupt its operation.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be handled in the courts located in Westchester County, New York.
